“I ordered two pairs of trainers one puma jago Black and red and one puma jago shadow, both size 10. I received one puma jago shadow size 10 and one hot tuna splasher size 8. I have tried contacting by email and no response and today by phone many times with no joy being told that you are very busy before being hung up on. Invoice number FT40000038862813. “Awful company! Failed to deliver next day, 5 emails sent to advise order was no longer required as they didn't dispatch in time. No response at all. Now lodging complaint with PayPal. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, I wish I'd read the reviews about them before ordering.”

“I have used Field & Trek online service successfully for many years and I am normally very satisfied with the service. However, my last order was a disaster. I was due to go camping on the Bank holiday weekend and I ordered a folding table on 21.08.17. The parcel arrived a bit a battered but everything was fine inside except the table, which had been badly cracked in 3 places making the product unusable. This I am sure was due to the other items in my order being packed directly inside the table and when other heavier items were packed on top of it in transit it broke the table surface in several places. I e-mailed customer services the next day in the morning (25th August) along with photo's of the table and a request for a full refund and I have had no acknowledgement or response. So I had to buy another table en route to the campsite. I expect better from Field and Trek a once trusted brand! A very unhappy customer.”
