“Found the products to be of good value for money, but dissapointed in the delivery service. Paid for next day delivery, and only 1 of the 2 consignments were next day (no reasons given) Consignment 1 was put over the side gate (8 feet tall) which can only have been dropped down the other side, having had lanterns in the shipment.”

“They were exceptionally prompt. They sent a text letting me know my parcel was on it's way and that it had been delivered. They were prepared to leavethe package with a neighbour as I informed them I wouldn't be in.”

“The luna boots were defective. as soon as I first tied the laces ones of the lace hook rivets snapped. then when I read the returns wording it said all returns were at the cost of the customer - which for a defect cannot be correct! In the end I had it sorted by a local cobbler - at my expense!”

“Wrong item delivered. Your error yet you expect customer to pay postage at premium rate to return. There is no one to speak to on your customer service or website either. Not easy to resolve a simple problem”

“I am pleased with the service I've received: from placing the order, email communications and delivery timescales. However I am disappointed at the condition of one of the pairs of sandals (Merrells). They appear to have been work ie internal sole shows signs of wear and inside straps grubby. Also they had no sales tickets attached. I was going to return them for an exchange but there were so many bad reviews about your returns policy I've decided against this”
