“Very poor customer service. I cancelled my order and filled in the contact form on their website and sent numerous emails. But they never got back to me and processed my order two days after I cancelled it. I had to return the product (which I originally cancelled and they failed to respond to me). I just hope they give me my full refund, I will never purchase from them ever again!”

“No issues with service from Field and Trek but appalling service from Hermes. Why a courier thinks it's acceptable to leave a parcel in plain sight under a 'bush' is beyond me. I would suggest using a different carrier who can apply some level of common sense.”

“I ordered on Tuesday & was given an estimated delivery date of Friday. The tracking information for the courier updated on Friday to show "due to be delivered today". It is now Monday afternoon and I have still not received my delivery.”

“Hermes there delivery service field and trek use were suppose to delivery today(29th july) as had a email and it was suppose to be before 4pm but hasn't arrived and there's no explanation! So maybe I might get my things maybe I won't who knows!”
