“Did not receive yet - Hermes do not give time of delivery - they do not leave contact name, where we can pick parcel up from - courier left no personal details - so no idea where it is no idea how to get it”

“Delivery was quick. I have bought these before from a different shop and size 7's are usually very comfortable. These were small and tight. More like a 6 - 6.5. Disappointed”

“Prompt delivery but hopeless customer service. Accidentally ordered a wrong size and emailed 4 times over three days to cancel the order. Zero response, meaning I now have to go through a returns process, creating extra work for them and me. Honestly wouldn't bother with this company again, too much hassle.”
