“Top quality products at affordable prices. The delivery is quick too, with emails telling you when the item has been dispatched etc. I've only had to return one item and that was because I chose a pair of shoes that were too big. Even though it was my fault, there was no trouble returning the goods and my alternate selection was dispatched immediately.”

“Wanted to buy the Karrimor Cobalt anthracite Walking Shoe in a size 8 costing £21. They didn't have my size in Ambleside, Keswick or Spots Direct in Leeds? Had to order on line and pay an extra £5.99 for next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and shoes arrived at 5pm on the Thursday at 5pm. Poor service in stores, no one would check at other stores for my size they told me to wait until next delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. On line experience okay.”

“Very pleased with these sandals. Not at all 'clonky' looking like so many sandals, fit well and are really supportive. Havent yet walked far in them but feel comfortable enough to do so. Only slight concern is lack of headroom for toes, though I dont think this is going to prove a problem. Delighted with purchase overall.”

“I was charged £27.99 for a Berghaus fleece. When it was delivered it had a Sports Direct price tag of £24.99. I was also charged delivery costs. If I'd have known I could get it cheaper less than 2 miles from my home address I wouldn't have purchased online and waited around for delivery.”

“Service was good and price was great. Only slight let-down was delivery notification out of sync. The item was delivered before I received delivery time. Luckily my neighbour was in and was able to sign for the package.”

“I really didn't want a free mug, I wish you'd said I was being sent one as I would have told you not to bother. A complete waste of the world's resources. Also, I didn't realise "Field and Trek" is part of "Sports Direct" as I won't shop there due to their poor attitude to disability, so I will no longer be using Field and Trek, either. Thank you”
