“Terrible. Ordered x2 pairs running shoes on 05/05, paid for express delivery. Still havent received them (11/05). Tracking link doesnt work. Going away this evening, so no good to me now. still haven't heard from customer support after contacting.”

“Despite paying for next day delivery and being given a date, my shoes have still not arrived. I go to the Hermes website to track them and there is an error. Pity, because you were recommended to me by my Podiatrist. not sure I will be back”

“Ordered item online, all confirmed received and payment taken. Days later, informed item out of stock. Fair enough, but field and trek is WAY beyond its own deadline of refund for me. No item and still out of pocket - their online contact form shows everything, it seems, except 'WHERE'S MY REFUND?' Not impressed.”

“Products arrived in good time and I am delighted with them, the fit of the shoes is excellent. Would normally have gone to my nearest store in Ambleside but as didn't have the time ordered on line; the service was as good as it is when I shop at the store. Many thanks.”
