“We ordered from a new line and it took longer for the manufacturer to deliver than promised. Although we had to draw this to Fields of Blue's attention, once they were aware they dealt with the issue at lightning speed, offered a suitable alternative at no cost to us and delivered quickly. The product is top quality at first sight and we hope this continues to be the case. In summary, minor hiccup, good recovery and happy customers.”

“Very pleased with this lamp. It is stylish and a nice glossy black which isn't that easy to come by as most are matt. It would have been useful if the lamp had come supplied with black fixing screws.”

“I purchased 2 barn lights which arrived well packed.I am very pleased with my purchase.They have not been put up yet but am sure they will look great. My only slight concern with ordering was that I waited a long time for my order.I was told when ordering that it was a special order and takes longer but it would have been nice to receive an update at some pont. .It was only after reading other reviews I felt reassured that my order would arrive at some point.”

“Personable service. We were kept up to date on our order and delivery. Very happy with quality of light fitting, but be careful when fitting glass dome! Just use your fingers to tighten nut which hold it in place. Don't over tighten. Would buy again from fields of blue.”

“I ordered a pair of outside lamps. They were out of stock, and took over a month to arrive. I was told FoB were waiting on a delivery shortly after ordering. Then heard nothing for weeks until a few days before I received them. Happy with the quality and packaging, but don't lose faith in them, that haven't forgotten you if you don't hear from them. You may want to bear that in mind if you are in a rush for something.”

These lights were made to order, which takes time and it states so on the page, we do email an update but unfortunately this is not always seen.

“I love the lights and actually returned to the site to buy a third. Whilst I understand they are made to order, I would have appreciated an update on estimated date of arrival and had to rearrange the electrician I had booked allowing, I thought, for a generous allowance beyond the anticipated delivery date. The glass in the third light for some reason was not held securely by the bolts provided and would have smashed if it had not been caught by the cage. I had to replace with longer bolts- which are doing the job. I have no idea why this happened with the third light when the original pair purchased several months previously are fine.”
