“Everything went wrong. Absolutely sh*te service. THERES NO WAY I'll be ordering from here again and I'll be telling everyone I know not to. Firstly they allow me to order a 10oz glove that wasn't in stock, say it had been dispatched then email me late the next day saying it hadn't and it's not in stock when I had paid for premium delivery and needed the gloves for that weekend. I now have to wait 12 days for a refund. The service is an absolute f*cking joke and you need to sort your sh*t out. THERES NO WAY IM ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND ANYONE I KNOW WILL BE TOLD WHAT A LOAD OF SHIT YOU ARE. F*CK OFF.”

They was a error with our stock levels for this order unfortunatly. The customer did not leave a contact number so we had to email the customer and wait for a responce. The refund was then issued within 3 hours of the customer getting back to us about the gloves. The refund was processed through Paypal so im unsure why he has waited 12 days for the refund because its processed immediatly

“Excellent service, I ordered boxing gloves that came with free hand wraps. Gloves turned up on time. No hand wraps though, called up and spoke to a really helpful chap who advised there was a glitch with the system. Even though I called on the Friday before bank holiday the hand wraps turned up on the Tuesday. Amazing service and very helpful. Using again! Kind regards Paul Savage”
