“Initial order was lost in the mail, or not actually sent off. However, after a few emails, the CS Team did resolve this by sending out the package again with next delivery.”

“Overall happy with the company as the range of products and the price that they sell them for are very good.... However, I ordered a BJJ Gi and payed for express delivery as I needed it for an event. 5 days later, and after the event had passed, there was no package despite being dispatched on the day I ordered. The tracking number I was given upon phoning FightCo was just a bar code for a Royal Mail signed for parcel. Turns out that Royal Mail didn't even try to deliver and returned to sender. FightCo Immediately reposted out using an actually decent courier and I had the Gi the next day. Was very pleased with the Gi. However - this does not change that: a) I paid for express delivery and because of Fight Co's choice in company to deliver this service I did not get my item until 6 days later - after I initially needed it. I was not offered a refund on at least my express delivery charges despite asking what compensation they were going to offer me b) They did not communicate at all about what was happening when the original parcel was returned to them so it seemed like I had complained and they'd decided to finally send my item. They need to improve their communication when issues arise. They need to offer some form of compensation when orders are messed up - even when not directly their fault. They need to start using a decent courier for express deliveries - even if that means a slight price increase. Too frequently Royal Mail do not meet reasonable expectations. I'd recommend the company but strongly advise against paying for express delivery until they make a change.”

“Product seems ok although not set it up as yet. The box it came in however looked like it had already done 10 rounds with Marvin Hagley (very tatty and bashed) Overall quick delivery and good correspondence all the way through. If the product inside the box is ok il be happy.”

“Purchased some Venum Kontact Evo Shin Guards on a Sunday. Paid for express delivery which was advertised as a Tuesday. Nothing by late Tuesday afternoon, so called asking for an update. Was given a tracking number, but told as I'd ordered Sunday they wouldn't have been delivered until Wednesday (wasn't convinced as most express delivery services would have dispatched Monday and still delivered on Tuesday). Still nothing Wednesday and the tracking number advised the courier was still awaiting the package. Called back Thursday to explain the problem, was advised it sounded like the courier had lost/damaged the item and so Fight Co dispatched a new order for next day delivery which arrived on time. Good of them to do that, although no offer was made to refund the express delivery I'd paid for, which would have been nice! Fight Co were selling cheaper than other retailers so it worked out about the same. Happy with the item itself, tried a few shin guards and settled on these. They seem thing enough to still do a good job at conditioning, but there's enough padding to take the sting out of most impacts (for training/light sparring). They're also much less bulky/restrictive than the other guards I've used, which helps with mobility. They stay in place very well, no risk of them sliding and needing to pull them up, although the downside of this is they take a bit longer to take off.”

“My Fight Co order was very disorganised. It came in two separate deliveries on two separate days despite me paying for next day delivery. I understand this isn't always the retailers fault, but in this instance, i believe it is exceptionally bad customer service to not inform me about the circumstances with my delivery. It is also not acceptable that if i had not called and complained, i would have had to pay for next day delivery, despite not getting my order "the next day".”

Sorry abotu this, the items should last much longer. we have offered the customer a replacement or a refund but just waiting for the customer to get back to Fight Co

“Karate suit delivered quickly however far too big for my daughter. Cost us £12 to return!!! I would recommend returns policy is reviewed so customers are not out of pocket.”
