Wouldn’t buy again. Took me a month to receice the item. And i don’t believe it’s falt of delivery company.

After some days they claimed that my order was damaged and returned by the courier. didn't have the sizes any more and prices had significantly increased in the mean time (few days). Cancelled my order and it took several days to refund. Wasted 2 weeks.

Ordered an item last week and was sent an email saying the item was dispatched. However I still haven't received it. I rang up and a work colleague said it would be sent next day express delivery so that I would receive it in time for Christmas. Still haven't received the item I've paid for

Over a week since I ordered. Maybe try delivering product before sending out an email for a review

Too long to get gloves : First order on the 11th and third choice order arrived on the 28th (Paris). No commercial gesture. Bad customer service : took sometimes 2-3 days to get an answer and sometimes avoid answer. I had to change twice my choice of gloves, first because the supplier doesn't make them anymore. Second time because the stock was empty. Each time the stock on the website display available in stock. It took each time 3 days or more to find out that the gloves are not in stock and to get a return from the customer service. So on the 19th we managed to agree on twins red gloves, that were displayed "dispatched" on the same day : no email saying that finally they have been sent and which gloves are sent (as on the account it is display the first order). I have sent an email and only the day after I got an answer. I got the dpd tracker only on the 25th, so what happened between the 19th and the 25th. To summaries : * I had to pay 3 € fees from my bank because the price on the website fightco.fr in Euro was not the price paid, as we paid it in £ and there is ZERO warning or information about that. I have asked 2-3 times about that by email ==> no answer * Fightco always offered to refund all the price, so this is a good point, but what about my bank fees? What about the fact that I wanted gloves and not money back. You cannot sell things that you don't have and run away with a refund. * I had to change twice my choice of gloves (so the final gloves are not really the gloves wanted), it seems that the stock display on the website is not the real stock of fightco but an idea of the stock of the supplier. That's why it tooks so long to discover that the gloves are not in stock anymore. (that is just a guess from my part). * It tooks too long to received them, for the final choice it tooks 9 days from the day it has been dispatched and when I have it. * Gloves are sent in a plastic bag, glove could be easily scratched or destroy as it is only wrapped in a plastic bag. It should be something more solid I think. But this doesn't has an impact on my order, I was just surprized that it was not in a box. * Because of all of it maybe 4 times, I have asked for a commercial gesture such as : refund the postal cost. Each time the customer service avoid the question and never answer on that. And just a note about the hand wrap they are not 5m but 5m5. I have 5m and these one are definitely longer.

I haven't actually received my order yet, which i placed just under a week ago so I can't comment. I was supposed to be here in time for my sons birthday.

The two t-shirts I ordered as a present for my husband on 11th August and paid £6.50 for delivery, only just arrived today (23rd August). Expensive delivery, especially having to wait 12 days for it. The t-shirts themselves are of good quality now that I finally have them.

When I received the gloves there was printing on the wrong parts of the gloves, also they are very tight around my thumbs and I am female with small hands, which makes it worse as no males can get there hands into the gloves to stretch them for me!

I made two orders within days of each other. I received the second order within 3 to 5 days as promised but i still haven't received the first item. These are birthday presents for my grandson. I am very disapointed.

it took a while to arrive but it was xmas,i was sent wrong wraps only 4.5 metres instead of 5m

i waited for 2 months till a 190 karate suit was in stock them when it arrived the top was not finished the tie string to the karate was missing them i had to pay £12 to return a defective karate suit

Paid for next day delivery and did not receive it in the time promised. Ordered 14 oz gloves and received 16oz the wrong size. This is very disorganized and I hope that this is fixed.

Ordered a child's Judo suite, delivery was supposed to be within 3-5 days, ordered and paid on a Saturday 14th. Dispatch confirmation come from Fight Co the Monday 16th so should have received my item at the latest on the Friday 20th. Had one very disappointed child on Saturday 21st as my item had still not turned up. Item arrived today Monday 23rd 10 days after order 8 days after dispatch confirmation was sent. Post mark shows item was only dispatched on the 20th 5 days after confirmation was sent.

The item was despatched when the customer received the confirmation email, unfortunately items can occasionally take longer then expected and this is something we have very little control over as the item is with the courier. The post mark shows when Royal Mail have processed the item and not when Fight Co despatched the item.

Received the wrong size and when I sent back the parcel I sent a receipt for my expense and didn't receive the full amount

Delivery was prompt. But unfortunately I have ordered the wrong size and I have not been able to get through on the telephone to speak to anyone for advice.

Fight Co is open 9-5 Mon-Sat, outside of these times you can either leave a voice mail or send an email. All emails are replied to within 24 hours
