Very poor experience. Item sent not as described, wrong sizes etc. Only got a part refund after 3 weeks and chasing them. Very Poor. Don't Bother...

How dare you ask me how are my thoughts about my fairtex gloves when I never received the parcel? Customer service for this company is utter bullsh. My parcel was left SAFE at a different address, and when I tried endlessly to contact the customer service, they said my order was fulfilled, gps was correct and basically took me for a liar. Said they will contact the authorities to check cctv which was a lie. I spent over £140 for shin pads and gloves which I never received. I never gave any permission for the parcel to be left safe, and on top of that Royal Mail left it at a different address and someone stole it. No reimbursement from the company whatsoever, no refund, nothing, even stopped replying to my messages. 1 star is way too much for how I was scammed. Never buying anything from this website again, and for anyone buying from them, be aware! If your parcel will get misdelivered, you won’t get your money back. Im just looking at reviews left by other customers and I'm shocked. I thought I was the unlucky one but it looks like this happens on a regular basis. Things from the order missing, or the whole parcel missing and no reimbursement from the company, I swear ill try and get them sued because this cannot run.

Placed order and never received it. Contacted them multiple times, called, emailed, and insta dm, never got a single reply. Wish they could send me my product or refund me as I spent all my extra money to buy a product to train with.

Ordered goods on next day delivery. Order didnt arrive. Contacted company no attempt to resolve issue just told me I would be refunded. Now I have no product or money to order elsewhere as I need to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund. I wonder if the refund will turn up? Avoid this place

Been waiting 2 weeks to receive my order, phoned over 20 times to and no one has picked up, emailed a number of times and still dont know where my order is. Would not order from this shop again

Avoid🚫Paid for next day delivery on the 18th Dec it never came!! Had to go through PayPal for a refund hassle I could have done without. I will never use this company again, really poor service.

! Warning Do Not waste Your Time ! I purchased a Punchbag. Item in stock and order confirmed. Paid by PayPal. Money refunded No Courtesy Email or Explanation. VERY POOR and NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't buy from them. They say they have a popular product and state they sent it. They haven't and they will offer you a lesser product. Keep away, don't trust these people

Same as everyone. Bought an item which was popular and out of stock everywhere else. Fight co had it in "stock" hence bought it and paid additional fees to be delivered within 1-2 days. On the second day ( when it should have arrived), I wrote to them to check what was happening, they said they would check with royal mail and get back. They got back saying they can't track it and mentioned they shared a tracking number for me to track (which they forgot to paste into their email). I asked numerous times for the tracking code which was never sent, I called the number which went straight to voicemail. I read the other reviews on here and realised they did exactly the same thing to me, as the others. I paid via paypal, hence I wrote and demanded a refund, and they sent me a refund straight away. Definitely don't buy from them, never. A waste of time and energy.

Hi, we are sorry your item did not arrive, like you said this is a popular item and its been ordered at the busiest weekend of the year with Christmas shopping. So if a product does not arrive or is sold out then yes we would offer an alternative, this could be a lower value or higher value it just depends on the product. The item you ordered was an ear guard and we only stock 2 styles so they is not a large selection at all. however like you said a refund was procesed straight away when it was requested

I have asked where our order is but have not received any reply. Your number keeps coming up incorrect number. Would love to give you a great review but at this moment in time I am very disappointed. Again can you tell me where my order is. I have been waiting a month.

Order never arrived. Contacted through their own website, got a reply saying they would look into where my order was and that they would get in touch soon. 6 days later hadnt heard anything back, had to claim money back through paypal.

only got half my order, the courier they used said it was all delivered and wont reppace missing items or refund. they said they speak to courier and respon to me but emails keep getting ignored!

Order was cancelled by Fight Co 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. My credit card company told me the company went out of business, thank God for visa refunds. Cowboys as one reviewer said is a mild statement. After some investigation I found my gloves cheaper at a well established competitor and they delivered on time. Avoid these guys like the plague!

Cowboys. Awful service. Placed an order for an item, which was displayed in stock. They then emailed to say it was out of stock a week later and gave me a choice of replacement items, all of which were not adequate and retailed at a lower price. I was ultimately held to ransom, so i picked a replacement and asked for a refund of the difference which was never acknowledged and to this day have never received. Beware the popular items will most likely not be stocked and you will be forced to receive a substandard replacement.

Ordered from Fight co and it was a terrible mistake they wasted so much of my time saying they had posted my order then waited for the parcel for several days. I spoke to Fight co as the tracking number did not work and they assured me it would be with me that day,. I waited and then they started to not pick up the phone to my number or reply to my emails so I had to get pay pal involved. Once pay pal got involved they tried to send it but exposed the fact they never sent the original order anyway! Liers and time wasters

I have never received my order and the customer service never helped me either by sending it back or by giving me a full refund. I lost money and time and never seen such a poor Customer service - only arguing and not offering any solution - Avoid at any cost!

A shocking shower of incompetence throughout. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. My initial email enquiry as to where items were was ignored. I rang late afternoon to enquire and was promised a call back straight away. Rang back 30 mins later to find the answer phone on; they had gone home! The items were required urgently for a competition so I filled out their online form and voiced my displeasure. Some email exchange started with company director who promised to look into the matter. I got totally different stories from the company director and his colleague as to what had gone wrong. As my requests for a call back first thing this morning were ignored, I rang them to find out what was happening. I was told that the director was busy doing office work. I never did get to speak to him, he got his wife to call instead..... Whilst a full refund was issued this was the easy option; they could have done so much more to rectify their mess but chose not to. Disgraceful.

Customer service is pretty bad. Delivery took a month . I called them after 5 days and they fobbed me off because the order was made late at night. After about 10 days I rang again and they admitted they had no tracking information , said they’d resend but as it turned out they had no stock . Eventually got my order with not much in the way of apology and not really what I ordered. Looking at other reviews this looks pretty typical
