Items can ocasionally go missing or get delayed but if an item does not arrive please let us know so we can get a replacement sent or a refund

“I have ordered a blue BJJ GI from France after reading some good reviews about Fight Co. I'm really not satisfied because they delivered me a white BJJ GI. So that doesn't match with my order. I'm still waiting for any answer from Fight Co people to find a solution. So, today, I can not advise to use the Fight Co service.”

“Everything went wrong. Absolutely sh*te service. THERES NO WAY I'll be ordering from here again and I'll be telling everyone I know not to. Firstly they allow me to order a 10oz glove that wasn't in stock, say it had been dispatched then email me late the next day saying it hadn't and it's not in stock when I had paid for premium delivery and needed the gloves for that weekend. I now have to wait 12 days for a refund. The service is an absolute f*cking joke and you need to sort your sh*t out. THERES NO WAY IM ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND ANYONE I KNOW WILL BE TOLD WHAT A LOAD OF SHIT YOU ARE. F*CK OFF.”

They was a error with our stock levels for this order unfortunatly. The customer did not leave a contact number so we had to email the customer and wait for a responce. The refund was then issued within 3 hours of the customer getting back to us about the gloves. The refund was processed through Paypal so im unsure why he has waited 12 days for the refund because its processed immediatly

“I ordered shoes and they took the money but the shoes never came. So I emailed a few times finally got a response and Fightco blamed me for the wrong address, which is BS because they took the money from the same address that was on the account. It took them near two months to give me my money back that's after I bugged them to give it back. Horrible, won't ever shop with them again.”

The product was sent back to Fight Co without any information, just a pair of boots in a box. How can we issue a refund without knowing which customer has returned the item???

“Paid £6.50 for garunteed next day delivery for my son's boxing shoes, didn't arrive on time,(his old ones split and he had a bout on the Friday)the Address was not recognised by which ever courier firm they use, even though the address I then gave them was the same as before, so it arrives after 2 days,(Saturday) my son still wants them so I e-mail asking if they will be refunding my £6.50 for next day delivery, apparently not, so sent them back and will not be using them again”

The parcel was sent with next day delivery which was returned, we contacted the buyed to confirm the address and to let him kow the item would be sent again with special delivery saturday garanteed. The order could of been cancelled at this point for a full refund however we then sent the item out again with another premium courier service which the customer knew about, this is why the postage costs have not been refunded.

“I placed the order on Monday the 28th November and had confirmation on that date that the order had been dispatched and the delivery was estimated between 3 and 5 days. We are now the 5th December and if being delivered by Royal Mail taking into consideration that they work 6 days a week that is 7 days and my order has still not arrived.”

“I ordered a product for which i needed for the next day , so chose the next day delivery option . The item didnt turn up as was sent to wrong depot , was told by an employee that they were all ready delayed when the parcel left and then diverted the blame to the delivery company. If i had been told this i wouldnt have purchased and and acceptable solution would of been to refund my postage costs which were upwards of £6.”

We are the supplier and not the manufacturer so occasionally items can be faulty, in this occasion we paid for the faulty item to be returned and send a replacement out

“I bought a pair of Twins shin guards to replace an old pair of exactly the same model (sgl 3), which I had purchased direct from Twins. The quality is completely different - so much so that I doubt the new pair are legit. The old pair had metal buckles for the straps, which is not on the new pair, and the leather is of a lower quality. I live abroad and can't guarantee they will be returned on time, so I'm stuck with them. The only positive is that they shipped on time.”

These shin guards have changed slightly over the years and the metal buckles and no longer used with these shin guards. This can be confirmed direct on the Twins UK website where we are listed as official stockists. The customer could of returned the item is they were unwanted
