"Purchased a pair of boxing gloves three months ago, they were due to arrive via Royal Mail Tracked on the same day as a delivery from another company yet neither arrived. About a week after the date they were supposed to arrive (In case they were late) I contacted both companies to inform them of the situation. The other company immediately sent a replacement, Fight Co on the other hand have been incredibly nonchalant and have left me to chase Royal Mail up almost entirely by myself, just to be told that they should have been the ones chasing them up in the first place, wasting huge amounts of time. This was about one or two months ago. I then got told at the end of November that they are waiting on Royal Mail to \"Action this\". Apart from that vague email I have no idea what's going on. \r\n\r\nI implore anyone looking to buy from here to just taking the sacrifice of paying a little bit more and going through a more reputable outlet. At the end of the day the chance of having a problem is low, but if that happens you don't want to be having to deal with Fight Co's customer service end of."
