We are the supplier and not the manufacturer so occasionally items can be faulty, in this occasion we paid for the faulty item to be returned and send a replacement out

“I bought a pair of Twins shin guards to replace an old pair of exactly the same model (sgl 3), which I had purchased direct from Twins. The quality is completely different - so much so that I doubt the new pair are legit. The old pair had metal buckles for the straps, which is not on the new pair, and the leather is of a lower quality. I live abroad and can't guarantee they will be returned on time, so I'm stuck with them. The only positive is that they shipped on time.”

These shin guards have changed slightly over the years and the metal buckles and no longer used with these shin guards. This can be confirmed direct on the Twins UK website where we are listed as official stockists. The customer could of returned the item is they were unwanted

“Ordered boxing shoes about two weeks ago - still waiting on them; despite numerous inquiries regarding the tracking number, which was left out in their email mailer, I've received only one response referring to technical difficulties, w/o any further follow ups. Issues happens all the time, but such lack of communication, courtesy and professionalism in handling those issues is not acceptable. Will never buy from them again!!!”

The parcel was lost with Royal Mail and Fight Co processed a full refund for the item.

“No comment about the product as I haven't even recived them yet. I ordered a gi 11 days and i recieved an email saying it's been dispatched the very next day. Yeah right, I waited for about a week and i still didn't recieve my order. I emialed them and they said it was out of stock. Why not say that when i bought the f*cking thing? They said they will send me my order through first class about 4 days ago, yeah right BS. Never buying a product from this site again, what a joke”
