Mine has been a terrible experience shopping with Fight Co. I cannot recall an online shopping that was more painful than this one. I have placed an order on 27th of June. Then, on 6th of July, I was told that my order "gone missing" but only after I have contacted them. Tracking number supplied returned nothing. Next day (7th of July) I was told that one of the two items ordered are not available anymore so they will only ship one of the items (after there were no other suitable alternatives available). Finally in Friday 13th (yes it was a nightmare experience with fight co) the item arrived but no refund. I had to contact them twice again for the refund to be scheduled on 16th of July. Telephone contact number provided is not manned often. So in all, it took 13 working days to receive 1 of the two items ordered and it took further one day (and numerous phone calls in vain and emails) to have my money back. I do not have to say that I will never shop with them again.

Ordered and paid for a pair of Twins Boxing gloves a month ago-they still haven't arrived-we have received no communication/no refund/no gloves?? Worst customer service/online experience I've ever had. Where are my Gloves????

David these boxing gloves were ordered on Pre order, too add the item to your basket you had to select a box that says pre order and this confirmed the delivery date of the item. we are happy to process a refund if you would prefer or the Twins gloves are due to arrive next week, this was detailed on the product page when placing the order.

Lost the pads I ordered, and when it came to replacing they were out of stock. Poor communication also - I had to chase it up.

Ordered a Fairtex bag more than a week ago, still waiting for it, no tracking code, no info. Their website says 3-5 working days, has been more than that, sent 2 emails(24h ago) asking some info, but no reply.

Didn't receive the order a present for my Wife for Xmas (dispatch email received 15th Dec), chased up on the 27th Dec and told would have a call back within 15 minutes as he was busy with something else; no call back! Chased up again 29th spoke to owner who blamed Post Office. Finally requested refund which at least was received. VERY VERY POOR

Ordered a Gi which was meant to come by the 2nd. Didn't receive anything through the door until 4th. Instead of sending me the Go I purchased they sent me a blue belt.. how they got that mixed up is beyond me.. As a business owner I would've rectified the mistake and sent another Gi out first class.. but no, they wanted me to send the belt back before they sent me Gi. Requested full refund. Bit of a joke to be honest.

Hi, yes unfortunatly we did sent the wrong item out, we sent a blue belt instead of a blue GI. This is unfortunate but ocasionally mistakes do happen especially during busy periods. Fight Co provided the customer with a pre paid label to send the item back. We asked the customer to send a image of the reciept from the post office so we could send the GI out without delay but the customer refused.

I placed an order and it didn’t arrive, I emailed several times over a period of 6 months only to be ignored. The worse part was that I was told the problem would be resolved soon after every email and it wasn’t. I didn’t get a refund either despite having proof that I made the purchase and that the purchase didn’t arrive to my house. Horrible business, I seriously advise avoiding this place, they’ll con you out of your money and their customer service is wretched.

This curtomer did not provide a complete address, instead of a steet name they provided a phone number. the parcel was lost because the customer did not give an delivery address.

This parcel has been scanned as delivered to the ddress thats been provided when the order was placed

All emails are replied to but we are also based in the UK so you would need to call during UK opening times and using the UK country dialing code to speak with one of our advisors

It’s now 12 days since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I have tried emailing fight co several times with no response. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never use again once I get my refund.

Purchased a pair of boxing gloves three months ago, they were due to arrive via Royal Mail Tracked on the same day as a delivery from another company yet neither arrived. About a week after the date they were supposed to arrive (In case they were late) I contacted both companies to inform them of the situation. The other company immediately sent a replacement, Fight Co on the other hand have been incredibly nonchalant and have left me to chase Royal Mail up almost entirely by myself, just to be told that they should have been the ones chasing them up in the first place, wasting huge amounts of time. This was about one or two months ago. I then got told at the end of November that they are waiting on Royal Mail to "Action this". Apart from that vague email I have no idea what's going on. I implore anyone looking to buy from here to just taking the sacrifice of paying a little bit more and going through a more reputable outlet. At the end of the day the chance of having a problem is low, but if that happens you don't want to be having to deal with Fight Co's customer service end of.

This parcel was sent to the customers address tracked. The customer contacted Royal mail and authorised them to leave the parcel in a safe place. the parcel then has gone missing.. but Royal mail have confirmed it was delivered. Fight Co have opened a claim with Royal mail and we will issue a refund when we have confermation from the courier regarding the claim. By authorizing the courier to leave the item in a safe place the customer is taking responsability for the item.
