“Thank you for your information. I believe it is the Undrewriter (Allianz) causing the problem to refuse the claim under Balance of Probabilities, what ever that means? The travel Insurance was a credit card benefit, so I guess I cancel my credit card with Westpac and look for an alternative credit card bank with this facility providing the underwriter is not Allianz.”
