“They sent back my parcel twice because of an inconsistency with the billing address and the delivery address. They could have rearranged the shipping with me but they were actually really unhelpful. They just said to me that I would have to wait for a refund after 14 days, without offering any other solution. Disappointed.”

“Ho acquistato due scatole di NOFRED in legno. Prodotto oltre che di scarsissima qualità (le viti hanno spanato il legno), arrivato proprio difettato. In un punto di una delle due scatole il legno è macchiato di blu, una delle due scatole non ha i gommini per sotto, una delle due scatole ha il legno completamente ammaccato. Dovreste controllare prima ciò che spedite.”

“The website is slick, but operations are poor and they do not own their shortcomings and mistakes. I have bought ca. 20 items with them and 3 were heavily difected (circa 15% of value). One item was sent out damaged twice - they clearly have very light quality control processes in their warehouse and rely on customers sending back difected item. Poor customer service and proposition: I will not buy again from them”

Anyhow kindly note that the original delivery date is just an estimation as unexpected and unfortunate delays may always occur along the way. There has been some delays lately with dhl but looks like the order has been delivered now. Hopefully you liked the products.
