“Purchased for my son for xmas who is a massive manga fan, was worried it wouldn't be as good as the real thing but couldn't be more wrong, the standard of the illustrations are fantastic I know he's going to love it. Delivery was very quick and very well packed Couldn't be happier”

“I am extremely pleased with Firebox because I ordered an item that came very quickly and efficiently. however when my item arrived I was unable to test if it worked as I could not remove a screw from the battery compartment. I emailed firebox to let them know what had happened and to ask for a replacement, I also informed them that I would be happy to return the item to them. Firebox responded quickly and sent me a lovely email apologising for any inconvenience caused and arranged a replacement item to be sent out straight away. I was really pleased with their service as I have had to return items to other companies that have been faulty or damaged and have had a terrible experience. We all know some companies are happy to take your money quickly and efficiently but when it comes to costumer after care it can be a different story. I don't really take the time to write reviews etc regarding a specific company however I felt that it was a refreshing change to be dealt with in this positive manner and people out there should know what a professional and personal service firebox offer, Fantastic a pleasure doing business with them!!!! “What a great service. All emails very funny and add a quirky touch to online shopping. Items arrived quickly and well packaged. I bought mystery boxes (worth the money) and mini boxes - I would recommend the 'crap wrap' for joke items - it really is badly wrapped!!! Great company will definitely use them again and qould highly recommend them to anyone who wants quirky service and gifts”

“Before purchasing online Firebox will give you lots of information about the product in most cases little video clips to show what exactly you are buying. They will also keep you updated on when and where your product is after dispatch until it arrives safely at your doorstep. Very satisfied with the product and the service.”
