“An absolutely fantastic website. They have anything you could ever imagine, if you've seen it on the internet - it's likely that you'll find it here. The staff are really helpful, and keep you up to date with your transaction as it progresses (I pre-ordered a product, and was informed of any delays along with the option to revoke my order if the delay caused a problem for me). The staff response time was excellent, and they always provided the greatest help possible. The delivery was swift and easy on all of my items- and the website and e-mails are hilarious! I looked forward to receiving an e-mail from them almost as much as I looked forward to getting my product! Would highly recommend!”

“I've been a huge fan of Firebox.com for well over 10 years now and still they're my favourite place to shop. “Massive range on offer and all are top quality items. Found firebox a few years ago and have never had a problem. My last order was for Christmas and it was delivered early. Tried a mystery box for the first time, always thought they would be the junk they cant see but nope again firebox came through for me. Not all items were what i wanted but theres something for everyone in them and the 4 items i may have bought anyway would have cost about the same as the box did so i basically got a few free items. Also the little treat they add to the order is perfect to sweeten the deal.”

“THESE ARE SO MUCH FUN! We bought these for ourselves for Halloween, everybody was totally freaked out - the desired effect (even though they were only our normal faces) We've since bought more for friends who were overwhelmed but their brilliant-ness! Nice one Firebox.”

“I am not a regular customer of Firebox but I always buy Xmas gifts for my friends & family when I want something unusual or humorous. Plus I like to get myself something at the same time. I really like the choice of gifts and the service is first rate. If you're after a present that is really unusual I highly recommend Firebox.”
