“I've never had a problem with this company. The products are amazing and of high quality. Any customer service I've had to use has always been excellent. I cannot recommend them enough and if I was really selfish, I wouldn't be leaving this review as I do actually want Firebox stuff all to myself to impress my friends with my unusual gifts.”

“As always Firebox comes up with a mix of useful gadgets, and 'must have but probably not really useful' gadgets!. Latest order placed initiated a host of useful and very quirky/humorous emails confirming order, giving delivery info etc. Goods arrived when stated, very well packaged with the usual free sweet included (nice touch!) and appear to be of the usual high quality, I only say 'appear to be' because they are presents and I don't want to unwrap them! In the years of ordering (albeit spasmodically) Firebox never fails to provide quality and service.”
