Ordered and paid for a table & chairs and sideboard on 30 January 2024. Unfortunately no correspondence since initial receipt. No answer from numerous telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp. Obviously there are problems with this company, so please DO NOT order anything from them. Now in the process of arranging a charge back from my credit card company.

No delivery date, no product, no refund. Having to set my bank on them. Clearly on the verge of going under with this behaviour.

We bought a bedroom set from them in January 2023 and paid mostly cash and put a small amount on their credit company. Don't have any issues with Furniture Mall but who they use for credit isn't who I'd ever use again. I always paid more than the monthly minimum thru June and thought it was paid off because I never received anymore monthly statement from them and then noticed my credit rating dropped in December so I looked up my Experian report and saw I had two overdue payments. Called the company asking what was the issue and they told me to challenge it so I did. Didn't help. Can't believe they just used my overpayments to pay the monthly amount and then charged me penalties without any notification what so ever. Don't recommend this company at all.

Ordered dining table 12/12 no show after 2 weeks chased it with the company to be told the item is discontinued....been trying to get my money back since. Totally rubbish company avoid at all costs They are a joke loads of good company's out there...they should hang their heads in shame!!! Disgusting!!

If I could score 0 stars I would. Order placed on 6th October, heard nothing regarding the delivery since. Called them on 15th October to ask for an update, vague answer given of “oh it should be dispatched next week”. Two weeks pass by, again nothing. Called again, 25th October, the guy on the phone advises me that he can’t get through to the manufacturers and that he will call or email me back with an update. Guess what, I don’t hear anything again. Email sent on 28th asking for an update, no response. Shock. Called again, 29th October, at this point they decide to tell me that they are no longer able to fulfil my order as they have decided not to sell the chairs individually anymore. When exactly they were planning on letting me know this I’d love to know. Almost 4 weeks since my order was submitted. Now I’m stuck with 2 chairs and one missing with their only resolution being I buy a pair when I only need one. Bloody ridiculous. Scam company.

How is this company still going. They are the biggest scam. I placed an order for a dinning chair which was supposed to be express delivery. 2 weeks later no sign of my order no information as to when I can get my order nothing. Tried calling a machine answers. 4 email sent to them with no response. Avoid please

Not happy with 1st furniture for accusing us as a customer of damaging a chair from unpacking and not believing us as a customer that one table leg is unsatisfactory

Misleading advertisement said they would take £30 off for Refusing Caution At the door and Refused The scatty cushion ... £108 what a rip-off.... Just returned it... Post to be free postage they are now saying they they’re going to deduct the postage from the original price of the item.... “ Very poor quality ... Didn’t communicate with me as the customer services” communicated with PayPal very unprofessional... Last week the site wasn’t up and running they were not answering phone calls .... # I’m Now Starting court proceedings # Against this company to get my money back.... Definitely in the future would not be considering buying from this company... It runs two websites one is a clock ticking down making out that you’re going to miss out on a bargain it’s just misleading how are you going to miss out on the item when it’s a pre-order from stock... It advertises the cushion and the frame .... Good luck if you buy from this company it has a very bad track record of customer service... I’ve had to give it a stir I will give it minus stairs.... I have ordered a bunk bed and was delivered with a drawer however the drawer didn't fit. One of the guys took a picture and said i'll get a new one. Still haven't heard from them.

Definitely avoid buying from this place ordered our sofa got told a date and time no sofa delivered we rang asking why to be told another time still no show of delivery we rang again to get told a further later time THIS COMPANY ARE BEYOND A JOKE AVOID ORDERING WITH THEM AT ALL COST YOU WILL PAY FOR DELIVERY THAT'S NOT AT ALL A RELIABLE SERVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Absolute disgusting customer service I ordered a bed that they had priced online incorrectly their error not mine they have taken my money on Monday and not until I contacted them today Wednesday they have told me the order is cancelled so when they was going to call and let me know I do not know?? However the order has been cancelled I have no bed and am now out of pocket RUDE STAFF shambles DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Worst company ever, manager is a rude nasty man who doesn't know how to speak to people. He actually started laughing when I got upset. Delivery was supposed to be 3 weeks but took 3 months. Finally arrived damaged and does not look like they are replacing it because my photos weren't good enough. Promised £50 refund and now refused it.

Brought a bed which fell apart as soon as it was used, my wife was pregnant at the time and ended up falling through the bed in the middle of the night. First Furniture had falsely advertised the bed as being of sturdy construction on there web site. I have been trying for approximately five or six months to try to get my money back or at least invoke the warranty, but the procedure is still ongoing. I think I will have to draw a line under it now and put it down to bad experience.

Ordered 7/05/17 tried calling promised call back nothing! Called & promised delivery within 7 days. Still waiting called again today promised call back Nothing !! Will call my card company try to get refund!!!!

Zero stars for a total scam company! I ordered seat cushions for my garden chairs in Easter. Their ad said they are only sold in pairs and even in their receipt it said the same. Imagine my surprise when I finally, after a month received only one cushion. I contacted the company and mr B Alil from Morale responded as follows: "Hi Xxxx, the pairs mean that only 2 cushions can be ordered at a time. If you would like order another cushion we will get this order up asap". Who would ever think that when they say they can only come in pairs actually means that you may order max two.

ordered 19/03. no contact. i rang them to be told they could not fulfill advertised delivery of 5 to 7 working days. Two weeks after 19/03, still no contact. I rang again and was told no one was around that could help, someone will ring back. No one from First Furniture rang me back. Their supplier did ring (which i found very weird!) Closest delivery was 3 weeks after the order was made. Still not contact from First Furniture (who took my £406 on the 19/03!) I had my items delivered on 07/04! Opened the table and put it together. (one thing i am happy with) Opened the chairs and i discover i have been sent the completely wrong chairs. I ordered white leather and chrome legs and been sent cream fabric with wooden legs. I email them on 07/04 as they are closed! I ring the next morning and am told it will be sorted and i will hear from them.....10/04 still not heard until i receive the most unprofessional, lazy, confusing email forwarded from their supplier. Asking for photos of the box, the shipping labels and the built chair. (well, not building it as it couldn't be more obvious it isn't the right chair!) So I am 21 days past them taking my money and using my living as their storage facility whilst they taking ages to sort anything out.....my advice is do not order from them. Worst service i have ever experienced. They like to take your money quick and then provide a terrible service.
