“The chap who handled my enquiry and subsequent lease, Nick Tynan, was incredibly clear, patient and professional. Nick kept me posted on my application and credit checks. I had attempted this process with a couple of other companies who were slow, un-helpful and prone to 'ghosting' my enquiry. It was refreshing to have a positive and swift response, which as I understand during the current climate, has not been typical. Both Siobhan and Claire (hope they're both the correct spelling) who work in the office were very helpful and informative. Like wise the lady from ABC (I think Tracy?), who delivered the car. You might be able to tell from this feedback, I can be a bit of a pain in the arse when it comes to customer service, not rude, but a bit demanding certainly. so for me to say I was satisfied is a reasonably god endorsement. “Scott was a pleasure to speak too. Always there, had quick replies, and got everything done. Tina also retained the same high customer service with the regular updates and queries on delivery updates. This was then topped off with Matthew at Ecomotive Transport who delivered my car with 3 miles on it, which was amazing, straight from the factory it was made in, and then washed it for me while still on the transporter, to ensure I got a clean car. Thanks so much”

“No hard sell - which helped the decision making. Kept my credit check payment valid throughout lock-down, which deonstates you put customer first. Always very responsive to me queries.”

“Excellent service at FVL especially from Chris Peart who went out of his way to secure a car offer for me even though it looked unlikely. Chris managed to secure the car pre-covid and I was kept up to date regularly by Claire Khan and the car was delivered to me last week! Looking forward to dealing with FVL again for my next car.”

“I have been with First Vehicle Leasing now for 4 years and counting. The customer service is excellent and Kiera who has been my assigned representative has been extremely helpful even going above and beyond in my requests! For my second car, I ended up with a personalised number plate which she sought for me off her own back - amazing! I could not be happier and have just recently received my second car from FVL (a beautiful Mercedes A Class Saloon 250e) with no issues. Seamless. Thank you and thank you again! I have already recommended lots of friends and family. The price does not match the amazing service received. I am confident that the next four years will be just as great as my last.”
