“Just taken delivery of my Mercedes C Class Coupe. Brilliant customer service from Ross who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Helpful, informative and went out his way to sort me out and answer my 102829 questions! Competitive pricing, delivery way quicker than expected and overall a very pleasant process. Will most definitely recommend to others and will use again myself when my next car is due! To Ross and the team-many thanks. You guys are great.”

“The company supplying the vehicle cancelled delivery the day before it was due. This left me having to extend my existing lease and cancel collection of my vehicle the following day. I incurred costs for both of these. David Cochrane, in particular, was excellent in dealing with the problem and trying to find a solution. Most importantly he kept me informed every step of the way. The delivery delay was 2 weeks. FVL also promised to refund costs I incurred for extending my original lease agreement. All in all I found FVL very helpful”

“This was the first purchase. You came recommended by a friend of mine. I'm glad I took his advice. Fro the very start the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept informed as to where I was during the purchase and delivery period. I will use FVL again in the future as it was a stress free process and I would recommend you to anyone who was thinking about using you, well done and THANKYOU.”
