“Excellent service from start to finish with all the staff I dealt with. Phoned when they said they would and sent through documents with full explanations of what to do. Always happy to answer queries and got me an excellent deal. Thoroughly professional.”

“My first contact was with Leon, who was very friendly and helpful. He found me the car that I wanted and after that my dealings were with Analise, Samantha and Stephanie. I apologize if I forgot somebody. Everybody was very helpful, professional and patient with me since I am not the easiest person. No question was too much to ask. This made the whole process of leasing a car very easy from the initial contact with Leon to the delivery of the vehicle. I Would also like to mention the reception and Dean at Greenhous Village. A very smooth handover of the vehicle. Again, nothing other than praise and am already looking forward to dealing with you again. Thank you so much for everything.”

“First Vehicle Leasing were brilliant from start to finish. I had a great deal on my new Golf GTI which was delivered seamlessly yesterday. I would like to give a personal shout out to Scott Russell who went out of his way to help me throughout the whole process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Scott! This is the second Golf I have had through FVL and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would highly recommend FVL. Thanks again!”

“This was my first lease car and FVL made the process really easy and got me the best price possible. I mainly dealt with Jonathan slack and Samantha Edwards and they were both fantastic and really helpful all the way through the process. I originally ordered a different car but it got delayed a few times by the Manufacturers (Not FVL's fault) so Johnny helped find me an alternative car that was in stock and I received it within a few weeks and the new car is actually a lot better than the one I originally ordered.”

“Overall happy with service, delays in getting car not their fault. Sometimes staff on phone need to be less frustrated with questions. She did apologise though. Would recommend”

“I have been using First Vehicle leasing for now on 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have the same Account Manager for 4 years now in Scott Russell and always listens , guides you and comes straight back to you. He looks for the best deals tuned to your budget and he will not push you or pressure you into the wrong direction after all I drive 25,000 miles a year and consider my vehicle my office. I decided on a MG HZ , which I took delivery today, was kept up to date and everything went smoothly, this was not the car Scott was looking for me , but got the best possible deal from the rest. I had 2 Tucson's (old design ) before and loved them but prices were very high and opted for the MG which tends to get overlooked, same size of engine and all the gadgets you get with the Tucson. I hope its the same comfortable ride as the Tucson , cant wait to test it on M74, M6 and the dreaded M62. Wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you both Scott and Lesley who kept me informed of the delivery.”

“Ordered a car from FVL which although was expected the end of the same month, ended up being the end of the next month, but understand with the global situation with new cars at this time. But was kept update with the order and they were quick to answer any queries I had, staff were friendly and overall am very happy with the service and the car.”

“This is my second car through FVL and once again I am very happy with my new car,the person I have been speaking to throughout the process is Peter Sherry I can only say that he has been brilliant in helping me with all my enquiries,he has gone above and beyond his job description,Peter has even talked me through setting up apple car play,and we had some banter about football,I would highly recommend FVL to anyone,and once again I am really pleased with my new car. “I took delivery of my new T-Roc in Ascot Grey today at 8.45am and I have to say it is beautiful and so quiet! My last car which I had for 5 years was a Mini Cooper diesel so a big change for me. Scott Russell has been my contact and he has been brilliant. He is knowledgable and professional and has been so helpful throughout this whole process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
