“The design process needs better instructions. I made and submitted 3 designs before I was successful. The first two are waiting for a refund. Even after I set up our account, it was very confusing just to log in. I think that the options to design the flag are very good. I just didn't know how to use them.”

“After dealing with mistakes from bannersonthecheap for ordering a flag with grommets that did not arrive with grommets and getting the run around, i was hesitate to order from flags on the cheap, but the feather flags are acceptable.”
