“Flag poles bent in normal wind and flag ripped, not to mention faded even though it says it's UV protected. I bought these flags in June and July of 2025 so they did not even last a year. Will not be purchasing again.”

“Talk about a bait and switch makes me sick to my stomach they advertise flags on the cheap for $14.95 and then they send you a bill / estimate for $159. Then they have the balls to tell you $14.95 that's just for the flag without anything on it and without anything.... Why would I want a flag without anything?Have some respect for people. Don't post $14.95 when you know it's not.”

“Terribly scammy business conduct. I bought a custom feather flag advertised as 7.5’. When I received the product it was barely over 5’. When I asked them about this the response said that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. Assembled on a flag pole (that’s not included) could make it 7.5’. No where is that listed or explained. I was offered a 50% refund which is a joke because I bought poles for a 7.5’ flag…so these flags are worthless. Avoid at all costs.”

“I paid $105.99 for a custom flag designed on their platform. After placing my order, I was first sent someone else’s flag by mistake. When I called to report the issue, I was asked to send photos of what I received, which I did. I was told I would hear back in 2–5 business days, but after waiting 6 days with no update, I had to call them again. At that point, I was told the correct flag would arrive by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday, and there is still no flag. Online tracking only says “in progress.” When I asked for a refund due to the repeated issues and poor communication, I was transferred to a supervisor, but my concerns remain unresolved. The company also claimed the correct flag was not made because my uploaded image was “blurry.” This is unacceptable—it is their platform, and it should ensure the quality of the image before processing the order. After being placed on hold for by Donte and I was asked if the supervisor could call me back in an hour. I am waiting. Its 5;37pm. Not expecting a call within the hour. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“FALSE ADVERTISING!! I bought a 10’ flag that came in less than 7’. They said there’s a disclaimer that the flag is 10’ when you have it on their pole that you have to buy separately. Seriously??!! When I send this info to them they have done nothing but give me the run around. The colors are good and the quality it terrible. The sitting is bad and you can’t even really see it well from the street. Plus, there’s nothing cheap about it. I paid over $200 for this!!!”

“If you live in a place where the wind blows 5-10 mph, DO NOT ORDER from here. The flag rips and tears apart. The auger base breaks in half. Cheap is in the name for a reason. I paid for expedited shipping, and it came 3 days late.”
