“Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered four 10ft flags, but they are only 7ft tall. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they base the heights on how tall it would be on a stand, not how tall the actual flag is. Complete scam. Nowhere does the product listing explain that the flag is 30% shorter than the listing. Even their own chart shows the flag would be around 9 ft tall (which is still misleading as it's listed as 10ft), but for it to only be 7 ft is a joke. Do not get ripped off. Take your business elsewhere.”

“I complete a design and the proof squeezes the original flag template which creates white spaces on both top and bottom, requiring me to edit the design OVER AND OVER AGAIN until your website takes it. WTF”

“Your team told me my logo was low quality but took 1-2 days to reply each time after they attempted to adjust the replaced file and kept making mistakes. When I placed the order again, the design shrunk every time we lookout the proofs. Also, why does shipping for 3 flags charge $100 but 2 flags is $25? And why are you charging MORE PER flag when we increase the quantity?? This is my first time ordering from you guys. I am doubtful it will be good quality but I'm hoping to be impressed.”

“I placed a prior order and you guys had some technical issues which caused my order to be cancelled. When I had to resubmit the order, I had to pay for shipping again and higher sales prices because the sale offer was no longer available. I called customer service and there was no customer service whatsoever for my inconvenience, Terrible customer service.”
