“I paid $105.99 for a custom flag designed on their platform. After placing my order, I was first sent someone else’s flag by mistake. When I called to report the issue, I was asked to send photos of what I received, which I did. I was told I would hear back in 2–5 business days, but after waiting 6 days with no update, I had to call them again. At that point, I was told the correct flag would arrive by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday, and there is still no flag. Online tracking only says “in progress.” When I asked for a refund due to the repeated issues and poor communication, I was transferred to a supervisor, but my concerns remain unresolved. The company also claimed the correct flag was not made because my uploaded image was “blurry.” This is unacceptable—it is their platform, and it should ensure the quality of the image before processing the order. After being placed on hold for by Donte and I was asked if the supervisor could call me back in an hour. I am waiting. Its 5;37pm. Not expecting a call within the hour. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.”

“FALSE ADVERTISING!! I bought a 10’ flag that came in less than 7’. They said there’s a disclaimer that the flag is 10’ when you have it on their pole that you have to buy separately. Seriously??!! When I send this info to them they have done nothing but give me the run around. The colors are good and the quality it terrible. The sitting is bad and you can’t even really see it well from the street. Plus, there’s nothing cheap about it. I paid over $200 for this!!!”

“If you live in a place where the wind blows 5-10 mph, DO NOT ORDER from here. The flag rips and tears apart. The auger base breaks in half. Cheap is in the name for a reason. I paid for expedited shipping, and it came 3 days late.”

“Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered four 10ft flags, but they are only 7ft tall. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they base the heights on how tall it would be on a stand, not how tall the actual flag is. Complete scam. Nowhere does the product listing explain that the flag is 30% shorter than the listing. Even their own chart shows the flag would be around 9 ft tall (which is still misleading as it's listed as 10ft), but for it to only be 7 ft is a joke. Do not get ripped off. Take your business elsewhere.”
