“BEWARE ** BEWARE ** Cheap is fine, albeit; to trick you in and NOT supplying you with with the "whole flag package" is another factor. They offer "piece services" apparently. Then to call customer service and they tell you that you were wrong. In the end I PAID MORE FOR "CHEAP". BEWARE nothing is CHEAP about Flags on the Cheap. They are MORE EXPENSIVE”

“Flags on the cheap.... flags are very expense. They made the pole diameter to be 1" so you have the buy there poles. They poles are about $500 with a discount of 50%. So you are paying over $500 for the flags and poles. You can buy two flags poles at Amazon for under $100. But they wont fix Flags on the cheap because of there 1' dia.”

“It took 4 weeks, to get to the bottom of why they couldn't print our design. Then it would not be delivered on time, even if they tried to print at this time! Requested a refund, was originally told 2 days.. after 3 days, we called again. The truth is.. it takes two weeks for the refund! So now my event will not have a flag at all! Very disappointed! !!!!!!!!!!!!¡”

“Ordered a 8 feet flag they sent a 6 feet one. Then they said when you order their flag you have to read FAQ. 8 feet means 6 feet when the flag stands up.”

“Customer service is non-existent. I have reached out numerous times and never got an answer. Flag poles bend and break easily, which is not my biggest complaint. My complaint is that they don't even respond to request for replacements. Next issue is how quickly the flag faded. again, I can understand that, but since there is no customer service I cannot see purchasing replacements of additional flags from them”
