“It took almost two months to get “customized face masks”. I placed two orders on the same day. They offered no follow up on the delay even when they shipped two weeks late. They were poor quality. They jumped in the masks business to capitalize on the covid19 pandemic way before they were prepared to do so. One order arrived wrapped in plastic and the other arrive just thrown in an envelope and they were dirty! The cost was ridiculously expensive. We literally found a company, Zowee Products, that EMBROIDERED our logo on masks and delivered them within 5 days of ordering for the exact same price! This company should stick with what they apparently know, flags!”

“Design phase was easy. Paid extra for product to ship within 24 hours...which didn't happen. Called customer service and got spoken to like a child and was not refunded expedited shipping. Emailed company for someone to reach out to me - didn't happen. Flag is one sided which was not disclosed on website. Will be contacting credit card company.”

“Incomplete order received that took 6 weeks for delivery. Had been promised in 2 weeks. On phone now for over 1 hour to talk to someone about this, still waiting. Don't know if I will ever receive the merchandise that was shorted. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. WORST ordering experience ever.”

“Placed an order for masks in April with an expected delivery date of May 6, then May 15. It is now June 9 and still no report on status of order. Company charged full amount when order was placed. Will ask credit card company to request refund.”

“Flags On The Cheap IS FRAUD............ I PAYED TO Flags On The Cheap FOR A MASK WITH MY COMPANY'S LOGO (UNITED REALTY GROUP) IN 5/5/2020 AND Flags On The Cheap CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITH $ 23.79 FOR SOMETHING I DON'T ORDERED. Flags On The Cheap SEND ME A MASK WITHOUT THE LOGO. AND BAD QUALITY. Flags On The Cheap IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WAITED FOR ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER FOR NOTHING.”

“This will be the 3rd time I am submitting an order, for a single face mask . First order was canceled claims shipping address not valid . 2nd order they shipping was raised by $3, and canceled claimed there was a system error and address was not valid . The 3rd party company that does these is the primary problem . If they can't do the job Flags On The Cheap should get a new 3rd party. This Poor Customer Service reflects squarely on them . If this gets canceled a 3rd time any potential Business orders I may like to consider with this company will never happen .”

“Yes I ordered back on March and they say it be here by the 15 and then by the 18 and is almost June and still I don't receive anityn I have to order the same product with another company and they are very fast i receive in a week i will ask for my refund.”

“I ordered a custom mask on 4/20 and it was supposed to be received on 5/7 and I was to receive an email when it was shipped. To date, 5/20, I don't have the mask nor even an email that it's been shipped. I have sent 2 emails with promises of when I would hear back but nothing. I have called twice and was told it would be shipped that week and neither time was it shipped. I am still waiting. I also didn't like the over $8 shipping which I didn't find out about until I had placed the order and it was too late. It was more then half the cost of the mask. Ridiculous! I paid for it on my Visa charge on 4/20. I will keep calling until I either get the mask or a credit on my Visa and if I don't get anywhere I will contact my Visa and see if there is anything they can do. I will also report them to the BBB. It looks like I'm not the only one having problems. I couldn't answer most of the following questions because there has been no delivery yet and I'm beginning to wonder if there ever will be.”
