“On 7/3/20 I placed an order for a FLAG and a POLE. I only received the FLAG. I know I clicked on which type of pole I wanted. I've never ordered a flag before and I have no pole to put it on. Plus, I remember deciding whether I wanted the above-ground or in-ground base. I chose the in-ground base. Yet somehow, my selection was not added to my order, I only got the flag (which was useless without a matching pole), and your website did not make it easy AT ALL to figure out how to get a pole.”

“I ordered some masks from Flags on the Cheap on 4/27/2020. Today is 7/15/2020, and my masks still have not arrived. I certainly field email ads from your business at least once a day, but you have yet to fill my order.”

“Cheap is right. Terrible quality and they printed my flag with a huge square box in the middle of it that overtakes the wording. It’s amazing how it took 2 days to make my original order but it’s been weeks to get a replacement. They only refunded me money for the flag but said I can’t return the $150 stand the flag goes on. Um, hello.. clearly wasn’t used since you screwed up the flag! Anyway folks, take your money elsewhere. It’s going to cost double now to get the job done right with another company.”

“it shows $14 per flag in website this is misleading advertising. after done designing the flag and about to check out, it finally disclose $14 per flag it is only the option of buying 1 quantity. if buying more than 1 quantity, price jumped double to $25 per flag.”

“It took almost two months to get “customized face masks”. I placed two orders on the same day. They offered no follow up on the delay even when they shipped two weeks late. They were poor quality. They jumped in the masks business to capitalize on the covid19 pandemic way before they were prepared to do so. One order arrived wrapped in plastic and the other arrive just thrown in an envelope and they were dirty! The cost was ridiculously expensive. We literally found a company, Zowee Products, that EMBROIDERED our logo on masks and delivered them within 5 days of ordering for the exact same price! This company should stick with what they apparently know, flags!”

“Design phase was easy. Paid extra for product to ship within 24 hours...which didn't happen. Called customer service and got spoken to like a child and was not refunded expedited shipping. Emailed company for someone to reach out to me - didn't happen. Flag is one sided which was not disclosed on website. Will be contacting credit card company.”

“Incomplete order received that took 6 weeks for delivery. Had been promised in 2 weeks. On phone now for over 1 hour to talk to someone about this, still waiting. Don't know if I will ever receive the merchandise that was shorted. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. WORST ordering experience ever.”

“Placed an order for masks in April with an expected delivery date of May 6, then May 15. It is now June 9 and still no report on status of order. Company charged full amount when order was placed. Will ask credit card company to request refund.”

“Flags On The Cheap IS FRAUD............ I PAYED TO Flags On The Cheap FOR A MASK WITH MY COMPANY'S LOGO (UNITED REALTY GROUP) IN 5/5/2020 AND Flags On The Cheap CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITH $ 23.79 FOR SOMETHING I DON'T ORDERED. Flags On The Cheap SEND ME A MASK WITHOUT THE LOGO. AND BAD QUALITY. Flags On The Cheap IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WAITED FOR ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER FOR NOTHING.”
