“It took me a while to place this order because I hated the bait and switch model. First it baited with $14 flag, then with shipping it quickly ended up at $66. Not a good business model. Let's see what the product is like and how fast they can deliver.”

“This was the 3rd time I tried to make a purchase. It declined my business card twice and I checked with the bank and they said it was a problem with the merchant. Now I have to get the business to reimburse me since I had to use my personal card. This took 2 hours longer than than it should have.”

“I had so many issues getting this order placed and customer service was not helpful. i ended up ordering anyway because I was so committed, but wow, what a frustrating process. what should have been a simple re-order of previous order was a 6 day process, including 4 calls to customer service, only to be told I have to start from scratch.”

“I feel misled about pricing. By the time I finished, the flags were about 10 times what I expected and that was without hardware in order to get them in time. I am disappointed in that experience. Hopefully the flags will be very good.”
