“can't write a review yet. i have not recieved the product. but from the design standpoint. you should be able to give us the correct dimensions to all the sizes. i used 32x127 and my designs did not fit. you didn't let me know what the actual size is and you didn't let me know what the bleed size. so i had to constantly upload and change it reupload change design reupload and change design because i didn't know what size to make the graphics. your image creator could be better. more robust, easier to edit and change things.”

“The design kept changing after I would go the final sign off stage, probably 10 times, it would like fine in the preview and when I would select all the options but then when I would get the final "I have reviewed" page, it would shift. I ended up settling each time for the layouts as I could not get them to match the way it looked while designing. Very disappointing as I have purchased over 5k in flags from your site. Also, it would better to mention shipping costs more directly upfront instead of at the very end.”

“Makes no sense why if I order 1 versus 4 flags you charge me more per item plus more per item for the shipping so I am having to do 4 orders now.. Plus I can not add my tax exempt number?”

“It took me 2 hours to get this done and we are a not for profit and I am still trying to get the tax removed. I originally was told you would honor a quantity discount even though there were slight changes in the artwork and in the end you did not honor that.”

“Had to order this set for my brand new flag they made me because of manufacturer defect in flagpole set....no spare parts and forced to order an entire new flag pole set- wouldn't even offer me the manufacturer.”

“Although the feather looked great and shipping was awesome, the feather did not fit the feather poles that we own. I had to cut the feather and then secure to the bottom half of the pole.”

“there was no way for me to put in my tax exempt number. the advertising is disengenuous. $14.99 turned into $129 and then you told me I had a discount of $159 and it would regularly be $288? what is advertised as cheap turned out to be more expensive than vistaprint.”

“The pricing advertised is different from the actual price. The cost doubled at checkout to $44.00 instead of the 50% 14.99 credit. When I increased the quantity to 2, the cost went up to $50.50 per flag. I called customer service about the discrepancy, instead of honoring the price, he had me provide him a code that appeared when you clicked the telephone number. He then increased the price in my cart from $44.00 to $53.17 per sign. They have broken the trust. Don't believe what they advertise.”
