“The name "flags on the cheap" is pretty misleading as you're gonna pay an arm and a leg.”

“This was an incredibly frustrating experience all around (except for speaking with Chantelle at the end of it all! She was fantastic and resolved my problem!!). I found you all through a google search for feather flags open house, with your pricing showing $14.51/flag. after I spent hours and days designing my perfect flags, i realized that the pricing perpetually changed and increased every time I opened the website. The first CS rep I spoke with was ZERO help, and gave the impression that she really didn't care. FINALLY I spoke with Chantelle who resolved everything for me so that the site would honor the pricing as advertised. Apart from Chantelle, this felt like a total bait and switch sham. I hope the flags are excellent quality and turn out as I designed them, though I'm not holding my breath.”

“Ive been trying to get ahold of an agent for 2 days now over the phone and no has picked up. When I decided to hold my place in line a different company that has nothing to do with flags on cheap called be back. If you have an issue use the chat box. They were as helpful as they could be.”

“Webiste ignored the backside design I entered and replaced it with a reflection of the front side design. It took a call to support to get it right.”

“No matter how many times you edit the back side of the banner the system automatically generates a new image when adding to the cart. I tried to edit, unsuccessfully, 7 times to get what I wanted. Instead I had to change the entire design so the reverse image would fit correctly on the banner. Not super happy, but I guess I got some roadside signage.”

“I hope the pole is better than the flag we bought a few months ago. The blue color surrounding our logo was visibly different from the blue color used for the rest of the flag, which made the logo appear like a box. This was not visible in the preview and does not really look so great.”
