“Your website is very finicky!!!! It's still high price at a discount. I spent several days and hours to get your site to accept basic entries such as email, type style changes. I hope the is good. You do have a better price then your competitors.”

“Website was easy to use but I gave it 2-Stars because it would not take my Debit card and I was required to used my Credit Card I'd just paid off. There is nothing wrong with my Debit card and I have plenty of money in that account to cover my order. It did not say WHY I was being denied so that's why i gave it such a low score.”

“Flag's frame breaks weekly. Terrible quailty of hardware! Don't buy while they are shipping "cheap" hardware. They will only replace the hardware for 90 days. So after 3 months and dozens of replaced stands/frames. We will not have a way to display our flags! Please fix your hardware. The rest of the experience with you has been excellent. But your "cheap" hardware forces me to give a warning to anyone thinking of using your product to go elsewhere!”

“Descriptions of what the order details are poor. When ordering the flag it may lead you to believe you are getting the stand and base. When just ordering the stand, it talks about the flag also it does not describe the container holding water as soft fabric or hard plastic.”

“I originally placed an order 9/9, and got a shipment notification on 9/17 that the order was on it's way. Then on 9/21, I receive an email that there was a problem with 4 of the flags (and obviously they didn't ship), then again on 9/22 with a DIFFERENT one, and AGAIN on 9/23. On top of that, I was refunded amounts and when I went back in to order, they were more expensive. Never again.”
