“Deceptive pricing tactics. Claiming savings of 50% off while prices are inline with other printing companies. Only reason I purchased was that you're a few dollars less than competitor.”

“Very upset that no returns or exchanges is not clearly displayed on the website. If you are not familiar with this type of product, it is easy to see how one could order the wrong item and then you are stuck with it.”

“The freight charge is well over the freight cost. Flags are light and small folded. Your website needs work. Saving design does not appear to be retreivable”

“I thought they would include the pole with the flag, so I only ordered the flag. Now i have to buy another base and pole with another shipping fee. I have the base from previous order and now I have two bases. Sorry. This is not a good way to run business. The flag itself is cheap but these other items are mad expensive and they don't make it obvious.”
