“I have placed 6 orders. All six had billing or shipping issues, wrong item or you cancel my And refund each order without notifying me or giving a reason. Just ordered my 7th flag. Let's see if it goes through this time without you canceling it.”

“I could not figure out how to delete text and had to just hide the text behind the background. Your customer service is horrible. I waited for someone to call me back and that never happened. Called and I am still on hold. Not happy that you would expect a business to hold this long before speaking to a human being.”

“First I was billed twice. And I never received either of the shipments. So I paid $50 for nothing at all so far. I made my purchase at the beginning of this whole covid-19 pandemic.”

“This is the 2nd attempt to order. The first time %/10/20, I was told Production had an issue with my shipping address. They sent an email stating this, but rather than have me contact about the issue , they at the same time did a refund . Thus delaying completion and delivery of my order. I am not happy with how the issue was handled . Notifying of an issue and than just canceling without notifying the Customer is very bad Customer Service . I expected better . I could have ordered this from another company for less but chose you . If my order gets treated with so little importance again I will no longer consider business with Flags On the Cheap , nor ever give a referral . I purchased from you all in the Past on behalf of Tulsa Oktoberfest which I am a Committee member . Had this happened with an order for them , there wouldn't have been a reorder. “site is difficult to work with when you want to make changes with customized masks. Also, solid color masks do not give any color selections except white. Price per mask is too high and doesn't allow for a customary and profitable mark-up.”
