“The flags are great fabric, however the poles are not great. they both broke in a very short time frame. and here I am again buying more poles.”

“I did not appreciate how shipping was added after I approved my paypal payment. I thought the amount shown in paypal was my FINAL payment. I did not see a way to get out of the transaction until I was directed back to the site where an additional $18 was added. I would not have ordered for such a high shipping price. I would have gotten this product cheaper locally. Your company name is deceiving once it all boils down!”

“I thought the order page was misleading. It said the price was $14.99 $100.00 for the flag and stand WITH a 50% discount on first-time orders. That did not happen.”

“The shipping method was a bit confusing and I had to call up to ask what each shipping method meant. It turns out "Next Day Air" means you will get it in four days. I was a bit confused, however, the process of customizing my own flag was easier on this site than it was on some of the others I had tried first.”

“Designer doesn't seem to have the right aspect ratio for the flag needed. Took several attempts to match our artwork to the designer canvas.”

“I have not seen the product yet but the website is very deceiving. By the time you add the stand costs , taxes and delivery the price is comparable or more than well-known companies. I spent 2 hours editing with a print industry specialist because the website is glitchy. I hope the banners of of great quality for this cost.”

“I received conflicting information regarding how to place my order with a sales tax exemption (for a church), and I was told last week that I had to place my order over the phone with a sales agent in order to apply the tax exemption. Since then, the price has gone up by $10 per flag, which cost me an extra $80 for following inaccurate instructions. The site is good, though.”
