“The measurements for the design seem deceiving. I'm not satisfied. I feel this serivice should offer help.”

“First item I received was way shorter than specifications. Called and customer service offered to give me partial credit and order another one. Then, they tried to charge me triple the shipping rate. Nickel and diming your customers is never a good approach, especially since it was your mistake in providing the wrong product. In the end it cost me a lot more than going with a local shop.”

“Every time I've tried to use the chat feature, no matter what time of day, I've gotten an automated response that the staff is unavailable, which makes it somewhat difficult for a new customer like myself to trust that this is a company able to be responsive to my concerns (such as placing a tax-exempt order.)”

“in the past i have been happy with them. Until their was a mistake on their end. They printed the wrong color background that i designed on their website. i have chatted with them on their website multiple times. Close to a Month later they have still not reached out to me or fixed the issue. i'm very disappointed in the customer service.”

“I'm disappointed with the short, 90-day warranty on the flag poles. I spent over $1300 within the last 6 months on flags with your company. One of the poles broke and now it cost me another $140 . At least allow me to purchase only the pole! No, I have to purchase items I do not need in order to get the pole. This experience leaves me looking for other vendors/wholesalers to supply my business.”

“Self design process is awful! The "snap to" guides are way too restrictive. I'm a professional designer, and wound up purchasing a product that looked like it was put together by an auto-mechanic. No disrespect to auto-mechanics. Yeah- I understand the "safety" barriers of the design. Anyway - I got a Walmart flag, so, thanks for that.”

“I had some difficulty uploading my file. I called customer service and I was advised just to send it, and the art team will work with it. There was not an attempt at walking me through to ensure I didn't make a mistake uploading the file. I hope this goes up from here.”
