“Designer doesn't seem to have the right aspect ratio for the flag needed. Took several attempts to match our artwork to the designer canvas.”

“I have not seen the product yet but the website is very deceiving. By the time you add the stand costs , taxes and delivery the price is comparable or more than well-known companies. I spent 2 hours editing with a print industry specialist because the website is glitchy. I hope the banners of of great quality for this cost.”

“I received conflicting information regarding how to place my order with a sales tax exemption (for a church), and I was told last week that I had to place my order over the phone with a sales agent in order to apply the tax exemption. Since then, the price has gone up by $10 per flag, which cost me an extra $80 for following inaccurate instructions. The site is good, though.”

“DESIGNING THE FLAG WAS EASY BUT WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT ALL THE WAY TO THE END AND IT WAS $80 FOR SHIPPING!!! IF I WASN'T IN A HURRY, WOULD HAVE STARTED OVER ON ANOTHER SITE! I THINK THEY COUNT ON THAT....”

“I purchased 2 flags and bases last July. I set them up a total of 20 times (which I would not consider excessive for "normal wear and tear"). On one flag set a small metal grommet that keeps one pole from sliding into the next pole fell off of one pole at some point (seems like they would be secured/glued in there), and without it your entire flag set/assembly is worthless. They do NOT offer any replacement parts - you are required to buy an entire flag assembly and base, that with shipping and tax came to $115.75...just so I could get a tiny replacement part that literally can't cost more than $1. Guess it's cheap upfront, just not cheap to maintain. Disappointed:(”

“advertise cheap flags, then charge $100 for the pole and base, won't sell pole without the base, and then $18 to ship a flag that the US postal service would ship for $8. such liars and manipulators”

“Base price seems reasonable but getting the final product gets pricey I would not have purcahsed it but store owner wanted it.. Also should be better price and shipping discounts for 2 than 1 so I only ordered one”

“I did NOT like the fact that 1 it was advertised at $14.99 then I find out that is only the smallest size and 2. buying 2 is more expensive per than buying 1 !! very emotionally upsetting. Pick a price and stick with it!”
