Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that shipping cost at 17.99 dollars is more than the cost of the product itself (14.99 dollars?) Incredible rip off !!

THIS IS WHAT I MOST RECENTLY SENT THEM REGARDING MY DELAYED ORDER: This is so disappointing. It is unfathomable that this is the result your company settled upon. I chose to use Flags on the Cheap because you were available to deliver on the 27th… really no other reason except I and the other event companies with which I have worked have used you numerous times in the past. While I did originally send bad artwork I corrected that immediately upon notification. Only moments after sending the revision I received a phone call from a representative of your company which I answered immediately. He thanked me for my substantial order and we chatted before I confirmed that my revision had been received and that we are all set for on time delivery. He assured me that all is well. I rested assured that your company would be delivering as promised and as I paid for. Until yesterday. When I called yesterday it seemed that the only goal was to transfer the blame for this delay to me and me alone- and from the start it seemed clear that you were prepared to die on that hill. The agent whose job it is to assure customer satisfaction was sloppy. It is his fault. That is the truth and that is the truth that I will share to any and all who will listen to or read it. You have a little more time in the day to reconsider your position on this, and I seriously recommend that you do.

I would give them a 0 if I could, the flag I got was nothing portrayed on the website. The lettering was not centered. You have to do it on the internet, so you can't really center it where you want it. The material was so thick that you could use on a sailboard. The top of the flag flopped over on the pole, so you could not read it. Then they wouldn't give me a refund or a replacement because they said it was a custom order. Luckily I paid with PayPal and I'm trying to dispute it. It was our main source of advertising for an event off of a rural road, and you could not even read it. I do not recommend this company at all.

Typical build with a " gotcha promo cost" The pricing gets you with the pole and weights & accessories. They took a week to get back after I submitted my design telling me I had to approve a low qualify digital I was using (no one else does this their engines already have this approval built in at the time of your design submission automatically). It stalled our project so I cancelled the order.

Ordered replacement ground stakes for our feather flags that we got back in 2019- the ones we got previously were stolen from lawn. These stakes came quickly in the mail. However when I tried to slide the flag pole on the stake, it did not fit, the new stake was too big. Here is where the problem began, I called Flags on the Cheap, held on the line for 10 min or so (no big deal) and then when the operator (Shay-Marie) came on, she told me that unfortunately that was the only size stakes that they have and she could refund me fo half of the order and I could keep the unusable ground stakes. She told me that it is company policy to not offer full refunds on items (all items? IDK) because they don't have any way to receive the product back. I tried not to be rude, but probably was, in telling her that makes absolutely zero sense and also not how business is done. Thanks to Amazon and Walmart, we can pretty much return anything. After asking about talking to another person, she "consulted with someone" and was able to offer a full refund and told me to just throw the stakes away. While I was on the phone with her, I read the Terms of Sale, Section 8: 8. Return and Refund Policy You agree that Flags on the Cheap guarantees the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 90 days after purchase of the product. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken product and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to Flags on the Cheap. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Flags on the Cheap will send a replacement of the product, issue a store credit, or will issue a refund via the original payment method for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s). Flags on the Cheap credit can be used on the Flags on the Cheap website for any purchase. Flags on the Cheap does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Flags on the Cheap. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by Flags on the Cheap as to the cause of the failure or breakage. They said 4pm cut off. I made the cut off time and paid $100 next day delivery fee. My order confirmation said I’d get it on time. I then got an email say I wouldn’t even tho I made the deadline. Very misleading and dishonest. I also never received an email for tracking. Product still isn’t delivered

No where does it say you have to order a pole separate from the flag. You show pole supports as an option but did not see poles. One would assume that if you order a flag and EVERY picture you have has a pole in the flag, that a pole would come with it. That’s SUPER misleading. Also, you printed the background over the top of the foreground. Seems when your prepress people who look at this before printing would send a proof and ask the question. I guess asking a question is too much to ask before people spend their money with your company.

Placed our order and after 2-3 days received an email that order was delayed with no reason provided or ETA to ship, so we cancelled the order. Took 2 weeks to obtain a refund. No product, uninformed employees, slow refund - No reason for us to attempt to order again.

Ordered Friday, realized I needed a minor change, so tried calling and chatting with them during normal business hours on Saturday and no one was available. Chatted with one rep and talked to one rep on the phone Monday morning as soon as they opened, and somehow those flags were already boxed and ready to ship, so I had to pay a cancelation fee upfront for a refund on my flags. Customer service really had a hard time understanding what was wrong. Customer service is a deal breaker, so I won't be using them again.

SO UPSET with this company who refuses to get back to me & CORRECT the BIG MISTAKE they made regarding the WRONG ground stand for the flag I ordered ...rendering the FLAG USELESS ! DO NOT USE this business , they are rude and incompetent . ! SO SO UPSET ~ like there isn't enough to be upset about in this world right now ??? , they add to it ! .
