“Natasha hung up on me when I called to order the flags. I wanted to use my pay pal to pay, but shipping could not go to a separate address. Secondly, when ordering flags you should suggest the flag hardware automatically.”

“You offer 2 ways to pay. My preference is Paypal. I did not want to enter my credit card info into your system. Trouble is via Paypal. it will not allow me to have a billing address and different shipping address. I called your representative to ask for help. She insisted I had to enter my credit card info. I asked her to help me correct manually. She huffed and hung up on me. Just wanting to get the job done, I placed the order with a credit despite my better judgement of doing business with a company whose reps would hang up on someone. “Flags on the cheap gives you 2 ways to pay- credit card and paypal. I prefer paypal. However, their order program has a glitch. You cannot include a different shipping and billing address. It picks up only one. I called Flags on the Cheap to let them know. They were aware of the problem. They said the only fix was to enter my credit card directly. I told them that I only wanted to use paypal. In mid-sentence the representative huffed and hung up on me.”

“I bought the flags. Did not come with poles. That sucks... is that standard or did they forget to put the poles in. How much are the poles if I need to purchase? You should make it clear if the poles are NOT INCLUDED.”

“Make sure you read the "AVAILALBE SIZES" because when designing your flag it will have a size but that is not the true size of the flag. The size that it shows while designing is the assembled size on the flag pole.”

“Totally Disappointed. After spending over $75.00 for my order (which arrived with a missing part), the company refuses to send the part I need. Wonderful! Now I'm stuck with a feather flag which cannot be used & my business is without signage. The company asked me to send pictures - which I did, they're now asking for me to send videos of myself putting the flag together???? ......Honestly, I have never been so annoyed with such poor customer service. EVER!! Hope your order works out.😡”

“I tried to use TWO pre-paid Visa debit cards and BOTH were declined. Multiple other vendors have successfully processed these cards. I ended up using a debit card directly connected to my business checking account. A higher risk transact that was accepted. I was one click away from abandoning this order!”

“Our flag was out for 4 hours and wore through. I sent an email and pictures regarding this. Thst has been 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them. Don’t stand behind their products. For the amount of money we spent with them they should at least have the decencies to respond to my concer.”
