“It took 4 weeks, to get to the bottom of why they couldn't print our design. Then it would not be delivered on time, even if they tried to print at this time! Requested a refund, was originally told 2 days.. after 3 days, we called again. The truth is.. it takes two weeks for the refund! So now my event will not have a flag at all! Very disappointed! !!!!!!!!!!!!¡”

“Ordered a 8 feet flag they sent a 6 feet one. Then they said when you order their flag you have to read FAQ. 8 feet means 6 feet when the flag stands up.”

“Customer service is non-existent. I have reached out numerous times and never got an answer. Flag poles bend and break easily, which is not my biggest complaint. My complaint is that they don't even respond to request for replacements. Next issue is how quickly the flag faded. again, I can understand that, but since there is no customer service I cannot see purchasing replacements of additional flags from them”

“Do not buy! They will rip you off. They make you think you are getting a good deal by saying its only 29 dollars for a flag they show you the hardware you need to display the flag and even ask you what kind of hardware you want. After you then complete the purchase for one hundred dollars more they only send you the flag with no way to display it. Its misleading and shameful. Originally I was supposed to have recived it within 5 days of ordering as well. Nine days later I got it with no notice or appology. As a small business my time and opportunities are limited. I wish I had gone for a well known company. I could have gotten the same price for better quality and service.”
