“The ability to design my flags and see them instantly was great. The cost of shipping is ridiculous for such light weight items, and for that the rating dropped. Looking forward to seeing teh quality of the product.”

“Overall, it was an acceptable user experience. For feedback, the user interface needs to be modernized. It looks outdated. Also, during the flag creation process, my image logo looked crystal clear and when I got the digital proof at the end it was blurry. This makes me feel like there's a possibility that I will receive a flag with a blurry logo. For that reason, I would consider using a modern image resolution validator to assess the quality of images as a quality assurance step for the customer to use to validate before allowing them to pay. Looking forward to getting the flags in hopes that they arrive in better condition than the actual proofs provided. Thanks!”

“The start-from-scratch is difficult to use with the - continue bar at the bottom. It gets in the way of scaling objects.”

“I had a hard time making Edits to my flag design. I would have liked to move the image around on the screen because when I enlarged the image to make more detailed edits It cut off the top and bottom of the flag. Instead, I had to shrink the image which made it difficult to make small changes.”
