“could use better pricing, dont like the bait and switch on pricing. the flag pole stand for $100 is higher then competitors. the dbl sided price shouldn't be more then double the single side. t would be great id you had a kit pricing that included everything including shipping. not sure if I will use you again. Ill have to wait and see the quality but if is bad then you will loose this customer.”

“Your design/layout interface/tools need to be more exact and provide better control and options. I would also recommend providing downloadable production templates in a variety of formats, primarily Adobe Illustrator in a legacy format... CS4 or 5, to allow professional users the opportunity to create and control the art.”

“I like the different templates available to play around with. I only had an issue with going back to a previous edit. Whether I hit the back button or the back arrow for the website period I was faced with issues. I eventually just started the design over and proceeded from there.”
