“I just received my teardrop flag in time to use for an event this Sunday, but did not realize that the stand was a separate order, so if this order arrives as the web site predicts it will be too late. It would be great if you could include a pop-up when someone just orders the flag to say "Do you need a pole and a base?"”

“I couldn't find any detail about the flag I was ordering, in regards to whether it had grommets, or not, or what type of hem/edges. I considered a double sided flag, but there was no option to adjust my order - now I assume I am ordering a single sided flag. I would have like to have had an option to 'curve' text, in the design stage. I tried the CHAT NOW button, it didn't work.”
