“I'm excited about getting the flags. That said, it seems odd and unnecessary to make a person copy the design and re-enter multiple times to get the best price rather than just changing the quantity. (1 flag costs $85 but the system made the price HIGHER as more of the same design were added. It SHOULD go LOWER as you order a larger quantity.)”

“The ability to design my flags and see them instantly was great. The cost of shipping is ridiculous for such light weight items, and for that the rating dropped. Looking forward to seeing teh quality of the product.”

“Overall, it was an acceptable user experience. For feedback, the user interface needs to be modernized. It looks outdated. Also, during the flag creation process, my image logo looked crystal clear and when I got the digital proof at the end it was blurry. This makes me feel like there's a possibility that I will receive a flag with a blurry logo. For that reason, I would consider using a modern image resolution validator to assess the quality of images as a quality assurance step for the customer to use to validate before allowing them to pay. Looking forward to getting the flags in hopes that they arrive in better condition than the actual proofs provided. Thanks!”
