“It was tricky to be able to find the page where i could enter designs for both front and back on a feather flag. I finally figured out that I could submit a blank design, then choose double sided on the next page, click submit and then when I was asked to approve it at check out I could click edit and THEN I could see options to submit designs for the front and back. It worked, but it took a lot of time and trial and error to figure that out.”

“The designing phase window lacks many features, so it would be good to recommend people use proper design software and import a pdf with text converted to curves. That would be the best way to ensure proper alignments”

“If you use PayPal option the shipping address will change automatically you have be sure that is changed. That shouldn't do that.”

“Easy to customize my flag. I would like there to be an option for free shipping and the ability to remove the tax. We are a tax exempt organization and should not have to pay.”
