“frustrating. I selected 6x2 but when I was done designing, each of 2 flags were in much larger sizes on the options page and I couldn't find a way to adjust that on the design page. I have to delete and start over completely on both designs. I don't like having to enter my email address every time I make a change to save the change and moving content around the design area was locked to jump to fixed positions rather than allowing me to smoothly nudge items into the positions I wanted. Like tightening the space between stacked words.”

“Customer service was very helpful today. I do feel that the advertising is a bit misleading though, when you say, ready in 24 hours and then charge $110 for expedited shipping.”

“I hope my sign looks good, I wish there was an automatic sign suggestion AI, that would take the words you want printed on the sign and arrange it the best way possible on the sign. Instead, you have too manually move things to fit to the size of the flag. When you go to look at the preview it looks the same as the rough design, so you are not sure what it is going to actually look like that is why I said I hope I like it. I think the preview would look better if you could see what the sign looks like with both sides showing as it is flying up right in the ground”
