“I wish that there had been a downloadable template as my original template I made from a screen shot was off. My upload did not line up correctly then. I made a new screenshot and template including the outer space of the design layout area and they uploaded great. If there was a downloadable template, apologies, but it needs to be more visible/accessible.”

“I ordered a flag to replace our current torn flags that were made by a different vendor. This new flag is not sewn very well so I'm not sure how long it will last. I ordered the flag to have a black pole cover but they still used white thread over the black fabric. Also, there was a white line around the entire flag even though it was supposed to be all blue. While I wasn't impressed, I did have to order another flag to match this one so it is what it is!”
