“You are boasting about charging no fees no late charges. I quote absolutely nothing. But I've just nearly joined and see after the initial first month it's 29.99 per month on top of what my bills would be? Very sly I'd say. Read everything is my advice!!!”

“Went to my bank and opened a chargeback, as I DID NOT EXPLICITY agree to signing up to the membership andd as it WAS NOT CLEAR there would be a £29.99 fee, I got my got my back!”

“Why are only the good review down as verified buyers? None of the negative reviews are "verified buyers" dodgy as hell. No other pay weekly catalogues make you pay a subscription so why does this one. People cannot afford to be losing money for a subscription they didn't even realize they'd signed up for. You need to make things clear to people IF you are a genuine company.”

“Bad, Communication with them terrible, they don't reply! Expensive food that is not good quality. Takes money out of your bank even when u haven't bought anything and thats not for the membership thats as well as! Be aware not Good!!!!”

“Signed up for this then after viewing the products decided they didn't have much of what I wanted and never ordered. Checked my account and a £29.99 fee has come out of my bank account. 😡”

“Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with online. Placed an order and after 7 days there was no sign of it. Tried chasing it up on the customer service page, took 2 days to get a response. Was told our order was delayed by another week due to packaging issues. I explained that I had now made other arrangements as we couldn't wait any longer for our food, and I asked to cancel. By this point, they had already taken the second payment despite us receiving nothing. Got no response from customer service at all after asking to cancel, and yesterday the delivery turned up! We now have a cupboard full of shopping we no longer needed!”

“stupid unwilling company I have contacted many times they still hold pending orders from this time last year 2020 !! and won't cancel them even when you get your order they take three payments at once not one a month all a load of rubbish from the pound shop and cheap cheap stock”
