“Works well to stretch out your legs and back. It has helped with some slight arthtitic hip and back pain. It feels more "aligned" and even with my muscles stretched. Getting it into position can be awkward as it's shipped with the canvas connection twisted and it makes the foot hold uneven. Otherwise, I enjoy using it.”
