I bought a couple sets but I’m still having a problem trying to figure out how to use it and for how long.

No grip to turn the handle , which makes it slip if you have dry hands and makes it painful to use as you have to force. Used it twice and abandoned… big waste of money in my case

Nice idea and good qualitiy, unfortunately to short for absolute beginners to start in a correct physiological angle. The lugs are little to wide, so the wood is falling out all the time when not held horizontal. For this price I would had expected more elaboration.

Overall I would say flexbuddy helps with daily stretching and to take away some of my back pain. But it definitely takes longer than 30days to reach your toes with stretched legs again, but maybe I was just too stiff already. Still would recommend flexbuddy, just be more patient and consistent.

Kind of pricey for what it is

For what it's designed to do, it's excellent; however, the support material is amateurish at best. The videos and ranges of stretches are limited, and look poorly made, essentially you do a standing hamstring stretch, a seated hamstring stretch or a shoulder stretch from a door. I've had to use my imagination to try to come up with my own to make it a more versatile tool.

It is ok, I think a band works as well

It’s two sticks and a band. There’s almost no guidance on how to use it and half the “3 minute daily routine” doesn’t even involve the flex buddy. I don’t see a point in joining a group to get more insight from others. Overall disappointing

Not quite sure I feel it doing anything. It hurts my hands trying to hold it tight if I curl up the strap. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
