“Not impressed. I was surprised the strap was so short. At the price point this sold at it the stap should have been 18 inches longer. I think a $15 dollar strap from Amarzon would have been better fit.”
“This product never arrived!! I reached out and had a response saying the courier did not deliver as the name was wrong. The name and address were correct. The courier was allegedly DpD who regularly deliver. I was contacted asking if I wanted a re delivery or a refund. Opted for the refund and have never heard a thing.”
“Tried FlexBuddy and didn't like it so called to return it. Found out that not only do you to pay return shipping BUT they also charge a $10 restocking fee! Some money back guarantee! I wonder is website ratings are even real. Very disappointed.”

“I had the unfortunate event where my FlexBuddy was either stolen or not delivered - and USPS had confirmed delivery. Spoke with my neighbors, and no such luck. Was hoping to resolve the issue with FlexBuddy customer support, and sadly no resolution in sight after 2 weeks working with customer support. For an item you pay close to $60 - you would think they would do right with the customer and send another object.
Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer support with FlexBuddy. The item might be great, but I don’t approve of the lack of customer support.
