My sister knew I was sending them or would have thought I had forgotten her 60th birthday. I had ordered a week early to ensure they would be there in time.”

“As a customer of several years now and always been very satisfied, it was a real shock to see the flowers wilt after a week. All the times before, they were still in good shape after a fortnight or so. We cared for them as always, but no good. As you kindly advised, you did have a supplier issue and I was wondering if this could have been the problem? They arrived in the normal good time and appeared undamaged. Just a note to advise of the issue and suggest perhaps you might like to check the situation with the suppliers. Kind regards David Lowden Ipswich”
